4. Select the number of tickets you want to buy. Buy up to a maximum of 20 tickets to increase your chances of winning.
5. Click on the enter competition button where you will be redirected to enter all your details.
6. Click on the pay now button. You will be redirected to a payment gateway where you will be able to pay by debit/credit card or eft for your raffle ticket/s.
7. The lucky winner will be announced on 31 January 2025, it might be you!

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Old Skool Retro Raffle” organized by Eazy Rider

Motorcycles (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. The raffle is only open to residents of South Africa and participants must be in possession of a valid identity document.
3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

Raffle Tickets

1. The price of each raffle ticket is R 250.
2. Tickets can be purchased online through https://eazy-rider.com/competition/. Payment of the ticket can be made either by debit/credit card or eft.
3. Each ticket is valid for one entry into the raffle. Buy up to a maximum of 20 tickets to increase your chances of winning.
4. In the event that the purchase is returned unpaid by your bank for whatever reason, this ticket shall automatically become null and void.

Raffle Period

1. The raffle begins on 1 October 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024.
2. All entries must be received by the Organizer by the end date to be eligible.

Drawing and Winner Notification

1. The raffle drawing will be held on 31 January 2025 at Eazy Rider Motorcycles. The results will be notified to all the ticket holders via all social media platforms.
2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
3. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the drawing via email and phone.
4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, prize becomes null and void and a new winner will be drawn.

Prize

1. The prize for the raffle is an Old Skool Retro Custom Bobber.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
3. The winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, and any other costs associated with the prize.

Publicity

1. By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name, surname, ID number, email address and mobile number, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
2. The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities as a condition of accepting the prize.

Liability

1. Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the winners accept the prizes at his/her own risk and the Organizer will not be liable for any costs incurred by a winner in claiming their prize. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising the prize won.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or the use of the prize.
3. By entering the competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Organizer, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

General

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South African.
2. The Organizer’s decision in all matters related to the raffle is final.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
